Dr. Marr is originally from Pikeville, KY and moved to Lexington in 2011 to attend the University of Kentucky. After graduating with her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration, she joined the Med-Save Family of Pharmacies in 2019. She worked as the primary pharmacist at Med-Save Pharmacy in Wilmore, KY before fulfilling a life-long goal in opening her own store at Med-Save South Lexington. A persistent advocate of independent community pharmacy, Dr. Marr brings years of experience in patient care to Lexington. She characterizes her approach to pharmacy practice as, “empathic, patient-centered care from someone who just wants to take care of people.”
